Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Own a Website service, operated by Global Golden Gate ("we", "us", "our") at mydigitalweb.in. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Own a Website creates and hosts websites for small and medium businesses in India. Website design is free. Hosting is charged at ₹299 for the first year and ₹599 per year for renewal. We provide websites only; we do not provide mobile apps.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to represent the business for which you request a website.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and lawful business information.
• Ensure you own or have the right to use any content, photos, logos, or material you provide, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
• Use the service only for a lawful, genuine business. Prohibited: illegal goods/services, adult content, misleading or fraudulent businesses, or anything that violates Indian law or the policies of our partners (including Meta/WhatsApp, Google, and Razorpay).

4. Content and ownership

• You own the content you provide (your business information, photos, logo, text).
• By using the service, you grant us the licence needed to use that content to create, display, and host your website.
• We (and our licensors) own the underlying platform, templates, designs, and technology. You do not acquire any rights to these beyond use of your hosted website.

5. Hosting, renewal and suspension

• Your website is hosted for the period you have paid for (first year ₹299; annual renewal ₹599).
• We will remind you before renewal. If a renewal is not paid, your website may be suspended (temporarily taken offline) after the due date and a grace period, and may be removed if it remains unpaid. Your data may be retained for a recovery period.
• Paying a due renewal restores your website.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms. All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated.

7. Third-party services

Your website and our service rely on third parties (including Meta/WhatsApp, Google, Razorpay, and hosting/AI providers). Your use of features involving these is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the acts or outages of third parties.

8. No guarantee of results

We build SEO-ready websites, but we do not guarantee any specific search-engine ranking, amount of traffic, number of leads, or business outcome. Search rankings and online results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost profits or business).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse. Refunds (if any) are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
