Refund & Cancellation

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the Own a Website service operated by Global Golden Gate.

1. What you are paying for

Website design is free. Your payment covers hosting:

• ₹299 for the first year of hosting.
• ₹599 per year for renewal.

2. Cancellations

You may choose not to proceed at any time before payment, at no cost. Since website design is free, you are only charged once you choose to pay for hosting and publish your website.

3. Refunds

Before your website goes live

If you have paid the hosting fee but your website has not yet been published/gone live, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment by emailing support@mydigitalweb.in. We will refund the hosting fee to your original payment method.

After your website goes live

Once your website has been published and is live, the hosting service has commenced and the first-year hosting fee (₹299) is non-refundable, as the service has been delivered.

Renewals

Annual renewal fees (₹599) are non-refundable once the renewal has been processed and hosting for the new period has begun.

Policy violations

No refund is provided if the service is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (for example, unlawful or prohibited business use).

4. How to request a refund

Email support@mydigitalweb.in from your registered email, or message +91 95505 19076 on WhatsApp, with your business name and payment reference. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay. It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank/provider.
